Terms & Conditions
1. Booking
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and written/WhatsApp confirmation from Ghati Ke Raahi Trek & Tours. Balance payment is due 7 days before the trip start date.
2. Trip Fitness
All trekkers/pilgrims certify they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the chosen journey. Anyone with high blood pressure, cardiac history, diabetes, asthma or pregnancy must consult a doctor before booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation on safety grounds without refund.
3. Liability
Ghati Ke Raahi Trek & Tours acts only as an organiser. We are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, delay or death caused by natural calamities, weather, road blockages, government restrictions or force majeure events.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Itineraries may be modified due to weather, health, road, or safety conditions at the sole discretion of our trek leader. No refund will be issued for such modifications.
5. Conduct
Guests are expected to respect local culture, environment, guides and fellow travellers. Consumption of drugs, illegal activities or misconduct will result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
6. Insurance
Travel and medical insurance is not included in our packages. Guests are strongly advised to purchase their own coverage.
7. Governing Law
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.
