We collect only what's needed to plan and deliver your trip: full name, mobile number, email, city, travel date, party size and any special requests you share via our booking form or WhatsApp.
How we use it
To confirm your booking, coordinate logistics with local partners, send trip updates on WhatsApp/email, and (occasionally) share exclusive offers. We never sell, rent or trade your information.
Photographs
We may photograph group activities during the trip and share them on our social media. If you'd prefer not to be featured, please tell us at the start of the trip and we'll respect that.
Storage & security
Your details are stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access is limited to the team members handling your booking.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing nc6043583@gmail.com.
