Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling
We're happy to reschedule your booking to a later date (subject to availability) up to 7 days before departure at no extra cost. Beyond 7 days, a 10% reschedule fee applies.
Trip cancelled by us
If we cancel a departure for any reason (insufficient group size, weather, government restriction), you'll receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule/switch packages.
Weather & force majeure
Natural events (landslides, floods, road closures, government orders) are beyond our control. In such cases, we make best-effort alternative arrangements. Any additional cost is borne by the guest.
